K. Patrick Williams Company was started in 1981 as a General Engineering Contractor by Keith (Patrick) Williams.  Pat earned a degree in Construction Management in 1975 from Fresno State University and was employed as an estimator for Sequoia Paving, Inc. after graduation. For the past 36 years, K. Patrick Williams Company has serviced the Central Valley for its earthwork and paving needs.  In 2009, Pat’s son Taylor Williams graduated from Fresno State and officially became part of the family business.  As business picked up the company added additional heavy equipment furthering the capabilities of the company.  In 2015, Pat’s youngest son, Connor Williams graduated from Fresno State and also became a member of the company making it a true family owned business.  In 2016, K. Patrick Williams Company incorporated and became KPW Company Inc. with the son’s each becoming equal partners with their father.

 

With the advent of the new corporation and the increased capabilities of personnel, we are expanding our goals and services to the Central Valley.  We shall continue our scope of services but will now expand our ability to increase our work load with the same controlled quality as we have always had, we pride ourselves on the work we perform.  Pat has always said “our work is our business card” and has emphasized to his son’s that, ‘that is key to any work to be done in the future’.  The benefit of being a somewhat smaller business is the ability to pick and choose the type of work as well as the contractors we work for.  We have achieved success by performing the work we know best which is private commercial and industrial development.  Though the company has grown, we pride ourselves on our relationships with our clients by being transparent, honest, thorough, and always available.
